With the information gathered during the consultation, your designer will create a design that aligns with both your wish list and the budget you have shared with us. We strive to strike the right balance, ensuring that your design meets your desires while remaining financially feasible.

However, it's important to note that costs may vary based on the final material and plant choices you make. Our designer will work closely with you throughout the process, providing expert guidance and recommending cost-effective options to help you make informed decisions.

1. Scope of Design: Our designs do not include drainage plans, irrigation plans, or permitting. However, during the construction phase, our contractor can adequately address these aspects to ensure proper implementation.
2. Knowledge of Basic Codes: Our designer possesses knowledge of essential codes such as setbacks, easements, and fence heights. To avoid encroachment onto any easements, we highly recommend providing a site survey plan, particularly when incorporating structures or swimming pools.
3. Complex or Custom Elements: It's important to note that our designs do not encompass construction details for complex or custom elements like buildings, pergolas, gas lines, and electrical lines. For such elements, it may be necessary to consult with a licensed professional, structural engineer, or architect to ensure precise and accurate specifications.
